Connection issues of Rational License key server on RHEL

Hi

I have installed Rational License key server 8.1.4 on RHEL 6.5 and installed Rational tools on Windows and routed to RHEL for licenses. But when I access the rational tools on windows, I could not connect to license server and receiving error messages that "the lmgrd may not be started or License server is down....". I am able to ping the RHEL from windows with both IP address and hostname of RHEL.

Can anyone please guide me to fix the issue.

Can you also telnet the port? --> "telnetRHELserver 27000" for example
